The latest technology is available with Hampden equipment, as well as support documentation, instructor and student manuals to assist in the laboratory instructional needs.

To maintain the latest in product development, Hampden's equipment is available with data acquisition and automated remote control provided as standard options.

Data acquisition is a standard option on all Hampden equipment. This allows the conversion of a controller from an open loop application to a closed loop application and brings it in line with real-world requirements.

The final element in the loop is automated remote control. This feature, available on Hampden trainers, provides the operator with the ability to perform analysis and make judgements on the data obtained from the equipment. A variety of control schemes are utilized, ranging from PLC to 4-20 mA current loop control, through RS-232C, RS-422, and RS-485 serial data links, up to the latest multidrop controls. As new technologies make their way into the factories, laboratories and work environments, they will also be able to be incorporated into the training systems from Hampden.
